Return Policy

We believe in our natural, ecofriendly products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let us know how you feel. Just send us an email through our contact page. If you need to exchange it for the same item take a picture of your item and let us know what happened. We will give you a credit or send you a replacement.

There are no refunds, but you can return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Once your return notice is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return notice. At that time we can offer you a credit or will happily send you a replacement item at no extra charge.

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

-Receipt (original or copy) - required

-Preferred email address

-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)
